This presentation will use The Hershey Company as a case study to explore how organizations can achieve innovation at scale using InnovationOps. InnovationOps is a combination of cultural philosophies, practices, people, and tools that increases an organization's ability to predictably and reliably deliver innovation year over year. By examining The Hershey Company's journey, we will discuss how InnovationOps can help organizations overcome common challenges such as resistance to change, lack of resources, and siloed departments. We will also explore how the framework can be customized to fit different organizational structures and cultures. The presentation will highlight the key components of InnovationOps, including managing governance, discovery, products, projects and cross-organization engagment. We will discuss how organizations can use these components to create a culture of innovation, encourage collaboration, and ensure that new ideas are successfully brought to market. Finally, we will discuss the challenges and benefits of implementing InnovationOps, as well as lessons learned from Hershey's experience. The presentation will provide actionable insights for organizations looking to adopt a more strategic and systematic approach to innovation, with a focus on achieving innovation at scale. Attendees will gain a better understanding of how InnovationOps can help them drive innovation across their organization and achieve their growth objectives.
