How do creative ideas grow to become innovations? As companies have increased their focus on discovering and creating new ideas they have created a backlog of opportunities that seem to stagnate and get no traction. Innovation leaders understand how to create the structures, practices and processes to move good ideas through all phases of the innovation lifecycle by creating and operating innovation labs and incubators. A key to success in this part of the innovation operating model is to understand the type of innovation you seek (incremental, breakthrough, or radical) and structuring your innovation lab to realize its potential. This webcast will include strategies to help you move your backlog of opportunities to the forefront and towards potential competitive advantage.
