The Full Stack AI PM: From Power User to Builder

The Full Stack AI PM: From Power User to Builder

PDMA Seattle | March 11, 2026

Description

Most product managers think they're "good with AI" because they use ChatGPT to clean up emails or summarize docs. That's fine. But that's Level 1. There's a whole other level where you're not just using AI tools, you're building with them. Workflows that run on autopilot while you do the strategic work you're supposed to be doing.

In this session, I'll walk you through a real workflow I built that scrapes AI news, writes a podcast script, and generates audio. But more importantly, I'll break down the building blocks so you can see how to connect these pieces yourself. We'll look at the tools (Claude, n8n, ElevenLabs), how they talk to each other, and where to start if you've never built an automation before. You'll leave with a starter template and enough context to build your first workflow this week.

Learning Objectives

  • The mental model shift: why thinking in "workflows" instead of "prompts" changes everything
  • The building blocks: what tools to use, how they connect, and where most people get stuck
  • Your starter kit: a template and step-by-step guide you can use to build your first automation this week
