About the Presenters

Rodney Gaddy was named Executive Director of One Charlotte Health Alliance (OCHA) in June 2020. Prior to joining OCHA, Rodney completed a 27-year career at Duke Energy, most recently, serving as senior vice president of Administrative Services. In that role, Rodney was directly responsible for managing a $300 million budget and leading an organization of approximately 1200 workers in the areas of Real Estate, Land Services, Support Services and Aviation and Travel Services.

Christina Todd Christina Todd is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at StoneLaurel. In her 18 years of leadership experience with the company, she has engaged a variety of industry partners in growth, change management, and talent development. As an innovation champion, she has helped organizations find creative solutions to even the most challenging opportunities. Through StoneLaurel, Christina has supported One Charlotte Health Alliance since 2018, playing an integral role in its development and collaborative spirit.
