    I'm surprised your organization doesn't have a standard template (or a few) already.
    Most large corporations with innoation groups have established processes and documentation.

    Here are a couple of examples to enhance what you might already know:

    Smartsheet has a couple of options to download a charter in word or excel

                 Thank you for your support.

    My organization have several templates but It is proprietary , and I needed a template for my personal use, that's why I was asking for an already predefined template instead of creating a new one for myself.
