Whether your product portfolio is small or large, balancing multiple products at different points in their product lifecycle in order to create the optimal mix can be challenging. In this session, two senior product leaders will share their approach to product lifecycle management and discuss how they balance their diverse portfolios in order to meet their business objectives. Learn about how they regularly inject innovation into their product mix, what levers they have at their disposal to make adjustments, and how they wrestle with difficult portfolio questions such as product end of life. This will be an interactive session that features two short presentations and a moderated discussion together with time for questions and answers from attendees.
About the Presenters
Mark Bouchea,Managing Director of ITP Product & Solution Delivery at DTCC, is responsible for developing a holistic strategy across Institutional Trade Processing services, ensuring integration between the firm’s suite of post-trade processing offerings and alignment with evolving client, regulatory and industry needs. His team is responsible for developing product roadmaps that drive innovation while ensuring the collection and definition of market requirements and the prioritization of key initiatives.
Mark previously spent 11 years at Omgeo, a former DTCC subsidiary where he served as Managing Director of Product Management, and played a leading role in overseeing the product delivery plan and business strategy. Prior to this role, Mr. Bouchea was primarily responsible for the ALERT offering, where he handled all product management aspects related to the service. In previous roles, Mr. Bouchea has held positions with Financial Recovery Technologies, Thomson Financial, Fidelity Management & Research and CCBN.
Corey Fiedler is Vice President of Product Management, leading the bank broker-dealer product team at Broadridge. Corey manages Broadridge’s regulatory communications, post-sale fulfillment, US proxy services, global proxy and institutional governance solutions – focusing on transforming compliance challenges into competitive advantages. Her combination of Fintech and Regulatory expertise helps drive innovation, operational excellence and user experiences in Broadridge’s regulatory solutions and industry utilities. A frequent speaker at industry events, Corey has authored many articles and white papers to empower clients to be “Ready for Next”. Previously she was Vice President of Product Management at Thomson Reuters.
