About the Presenter

Christian Wolcott is a globally experienced business change agent focused on inspiring and developing organizational excellence. He has over 25 years of continuous improvement experience building high performance teams in multiple business sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, government, justice, international finance, IT, and non-profit.

Christian founded Semoto in 2020 with a focus on strategic planning, management systems and leadership development. He previously worked and traveled globally with Kaizen Institute where he served Senior Consultant and Director for Japan Insight Tours, teaching with founder Masaaki Imai. He also served as Consulting Director in Optima Associates a Midwest based private consulting firm. He resides in a small mid-western town where he quietly serves Semoto’s clients and develops new material to make the world a better place.
