PDMA Carolinas | June 13, 2024
Description
Web accessibility for e-commerce is a crucial component of product strategy that’s good for customers and good for business. Over the last two years we’ve worked to make major updates to our processes, from pre-emptive design and development thinking to an on the rise claims management digital climate. By working closely with our partners and championing the change together, we were able to achieve companywide buy-in. Join the Caleres UX Team to learn how we improved platform accessibility (for 16 websites!) by ~60% through proactive improvements driven by cross-functional partnership and, ultimately, a culture of inclusive experience for ALL.
