Please join PDMA’s past President Ernie Harris as he moderates a discussion between Greg Geracia, CEO of Actuation Consulting in the United Stated and Oscar Acuña, Executive at Factum Partners in Mexico. This panel will discuss the impacts of the pandemic on product and innovation management in terms of lessons learned and share insights on what is likely to be the new normal and what may return to the old normal.
