About the Presenters
Gloria Barczak is Professor Emeritus of Marketing and Innovation in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. She has been actively involved in PDMA for 30+ years and is the recipient of the 2020 Crawford Fellow by PDMA. She currently serves on the PDMA Board and Academic Committee is a former Editor of the Journal of Product Innovation Management.
Abbie Griffin holds the Royal L. Garff Presidential Chair in Marketing at the David Eccles School of Business and also is the Associate Dean for Business Innovation for the School of Medicine at the University of Utah. She was named a Crawford Fellow by the PDMA in 2009. Her research investigates measuring and improving the processes of new product development and innovation management.
