Join us at this intro session to explore the concepts of Design Thinking where we will share what are some of the ways you can make your product better and serve the user’s needs. In this training we will see what helps product teams create feasible and user-focused solutions to complex problems in design. We will help participants understand the nuances of product design to create better products faster, reduce costs, and increase profits.
Learning Objectives
- It is expected that at the end of the session, participants will be able to understand design thinking concepts including developing personas, creating empathy map, vision etc.
