Raj Thota

Raj Thota is a Certified Design Thinking professional from Darden School of Design. He has trained and mentored many executives, professionals and clients on design thinking frameworks and best practices. He is also trained by Jake Knapp on Design Sprints [Google Ventures] which combines Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startups, innovation, and behavioral science.

Raj is passionate about design and problem-solving processes especially in enabling transformations of IT Organizations and start-ups. He has consulted to CXOs on designing their Target Operating Models and Roadmaps for transformation. He has worked across the globe and brings in 23+ years of industry experience, and is also a SAFe, ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, TMMI and ISO Certified Consultant.

Raj is Founder & Chief Mentor at ADVX, a unique C-School that is helping aspirants to become Agile & Design Thinking Consulting professionals. He currently works as an Advisor to Stanford SEED [entrepreneur network]. He is an invited speaker at various companies and B-schools like ISB, IIMs, etc.
