I found this interesting post in MIT Sloan Management Reivew today
Very helpful and thought provoking. It includes some strategies to use to tackle workplace discrimination.  This could help move us forward toward the promises made by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the intention of equal opportunity put forth by America's founding fathers.

Very good article Susan, thanks for posting. I took a Legal Issues in Human Resources class for my bachelors of science in business administration (BSBA) degree at Capella University and still find the EEOC (www.eeoc.gov) website as the go-to resource. The EEOC website lets people of discrimination file a complaint, while others keep watch with the newsroom for updated lawsuits. This is a great resource to see what was learned in the classroom or article you posted be hammered out in court through the legal process found on the EEOC website. Good post!
