I'll put myself in the shoes of a PM on a real open-source project, Excalidraw (120,000+ GitHub stars), and walk the full lifecycle live. In 30 minutes you'll see one PM:
- Capture insights without a data team, via an agent that mines GitHub Issues, Hacker News, and competitor changelogs into a ranked weekly digest.
- Vibe-code a prototype that follows the production design system without a designer, shipped on a real branch, not in Figma.
- Decide build vs. hand-off, using an agent that sorts work into "PM-shippable" vs. "needs engineering."
- Ship end-to-end with no engineering ticket: branch, build, test against the real use case, and push V2 in one prompt.
- Release without a marketing team, via an agent that turns the merged PR into a changelog, launch tweet, and 60-second demo script.
