About the Speakers

Joanna Gaskill, Sr. Director, Portfolio Management at Lumeris

Joanna is a Healthcare Data and analytics leader with more than 11 years of experience in driving strategy, solution design, coaching, and career pathing. She is currently Sr. Director of Portfolio Management, responsible for planning, development, and implementation of several Healthcare IT initiatives.

 

 

Marilyn McDonald, Sr. Vice President at Mastercard

Marilyn McDonald is Senior Vice President of Customer Interoperability within Shared Components and Security Solutions (SCSS) in Operations and Technology. In this role she is responsible for delivering business to business experience improvements through Connect - the authentication platform that customers use to do business with Mastercard, 1V4C- bringing one view of Mastercard for our customers, leading the Design and User Research, Customer Data Management, and Product Lifecycle Management groups for SCSS and, in her spare time, she is the leader of the PMT Guild in O&T.

Prior to this role at Mastercard, Marilyn was the senior director of product management and technical program management (TPM) at StubHub. She also held the position of interim CTO for 8 months, driving the overall corporate technology strategy. Additionally, she has held numerous roles at other fortune 500 companies including Citibank, Expedia, and Amazon.

Marilyn has a passion for all aspects of product development, from building simple and elegant customer experiences to defining scalable and decoupled platforms and products. Marilyn is an avid advocate of diversity and inclusion and was a founding member of Women@Amazon.

Rajesh Nerlikar is a Co-Founder and Principal Product Advisor / Coach at Prodify and co-author of the best-selling product book, Build What Matters. Rajesh has more than 16 years of product management experience. Over the past 3.5 years, he’s advised/coached 33 companies on product strategy, team development, and operations, from startup founders to growth-stage product executives to entire enterprise product teams. Prior to Prodify, he was a technology consultant at Accenture, an entrepreneur, a product manager at Opower, a senior product manager at HelloWallet, a director of product at Morningstar, and the Interim Vice President of Product and Design at Savonix, a Prodify client.
