Description

Our customers can’t always tell us what to build and we constantly need to make decisions based on incomplete data. It is therefore up to the Product team to figure out where it can get the most value out of the solutions they build.

Cherry will share her journey from scientist to product manager and talk about how her background as a scientist has helped her shape the way that she drives product discovery and development. She hopes to convince us that framing these efforts the way that scientists define experiments is a helpful way to think about product development. She will provide tips on how to develop a mindset that incorporates scientific thinking in your everyday work.

This presentation is geared towards Product Managers (and their teams) who want to create a culture of continuous experimentation rooted in evidence gleaned from truth-seeking and discovery.
