Description

PDMA Peru invites you to be part of the 2nd promotion of ProductX, focused on professionals from the private or public sector who want to create a first real venture, within a personalized group, in the current environment of COVID-19, and that generates results that contribute to the economic recovery by generating incomes, and/or employment and/or services.

The program will be developed in 7 sessions covering the fields of Product and Market Development, and considering the main tools and global references to develop startups or technological ventures, as indicated:

  1. Identification of the Problem and the Market
  2. Market Development
  3. Development of Value Proposition and Market Fit
  4. Product Development
  5. Business and Market Model Development
  6. Execution, Pivot and Acceleration
  7. Marketing, Official Launch and Financing

In each session the conceptual tools will be taught, put into practice, and reviewed by facilitators to aid rapid implementation. Due to the high collaboration the sessions will be limited to 20 attendees.

During the sessions, practical cases that are currently happening worldwide will be reviewed to understand the application of these tools.

Each participant will graduate with the official launch of their project before the ProductX founders community, where activities will be prepared that will allow them to increase their traction and development.

About Our Speakers

Rolando Cruzado, Director of PDMA Peru, has experience supervising over 1000 innovation, research, and technological development projects valued over US $ 100MM at the National Council of Science and Technology of Peru and in Private companies from the USA and the UK. He has an M.S. in Innovation from the York Business School (UK) and is a former Intel's Fellow in Silicon Valley (USA). He is also CoFounder of Juzto, Director of startups, and Mentor of 1551 the Incubator of San Marco's University, where he has supported startups in different sectors and sciences.

Miguel Rojas, President of PDMA Peru, has more than 8 years of experience in innovation and social marketing and marketing and communication strategies in technological development projects in Peru in the public sector and international cooperation. He has a postgraduate in Innovation & Product Development at Boston University (USA) and Pontificia Universidad Católica (Chile) and is CoFounder of Hayka and CoFounder of (SIA) Social Innovation Agency) were he supports startups in the fields of Communication and Marketing in Latam.
