Description

Product professionals have challenging roles. We are critical to the creation of new revenue, turning ideas into launched products while orchestrating resources we often have no authority over. As our career progress into leadership, much of these responsibilities, still with limited authority, continue but are intensified. This interactive session will examine current issues and challenges product managers face. After a review of identified issues, participants in this session will have the opportunity to share current challenges and get feedback for managing them. Attend to learn, get help, and give help.
